Can I use the app without an internet connection?
Yes. Once your workouts are synced, you can complete them fully offline. Progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How does injury-aware training work?
During setup you mark any current or past injuries. The app automatically avoids exercises that could aggravate those areas and suggests safer alternatives.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Contact their support directly for refund requests — we're unable to issue refunds ourselves.
